Citizens’ 2018 Candidate Forum for the 49th Congressional Race

Meet four candidates from both major parties who are contending for the 49th Congressional seat vacated by Darrell Issa. The forum is hosted by three non-partisan, non-profit citizen advocacy groups. This lively tri-city forum will seek to answer questions gathered from real life “kitchen table” concerns which can be addressed by federal legislators.

The forum will be moderated by Teri Sforza,  award-winning columnist, co-author of the acclaimed “Rehab Riviera” series, and “watchdog” for the Orange County Register. All attendees will be asked to complete a straw poll by selecting their top choice candidate.

Monday, April 30th 2018, 6:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. (doors open at 5 p.m.)
Capo Beach Church, 25975 Domingo Avenue, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624
